• No Reselling of Core Templates: You may not extract our raw website code, software components, or bulk resell the unmodified blank template assets as a competing standalone service.

3. User Content & Intellectual Property

When you upload images, logos, or text onto your calendar canvases:

• You retain full ownership and copyright of all personal images and photos you load into the tool.
• You warrant that you possess the necessary rights and permissions to use any imagery or content you place on your calendars.
• You agree not to load or process unlawful, infringing, hateful, or abusive content using the tool.

The website UI, code, design architecture, graphics, and logo remain the exclusive intellectual property of CustomCalendarOnline.

4. Holiday and Calendar Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive to provide accurate dates, astronomical moon phases, and public holidays for multiple countries (such as the US, UK, Canada, Germany, India, and Australia), public holidays and official observances are subject to governmental changes.
